Evergrande lost so they just filed a second UDRP case. After that was terminated, they filed a
third UDRP case.
Why? Respondents lose 90% of UDRP cases. Eventually Evergrande knew they would find a decision maker – especially one in Hong Kong -- who would be happy to assist a multi-billion dollar company. Amazingly, the first decision against Evergrande came from Beijing, which is trying to render fair decisions to enhance its global reputation. For this reason, our opinion is that Evergrande's second and third case were lodged in Hong Kong because of its many financial contacts there.
Over the next 30 days, we will publish all the EVERGRANDE documents here along with over information about EVERGRANDE REAL ESTATE.
We will also mirror this website to a different domain in case Evergrande Realestate Group is successful in hijacking the website. We will do what they suggest and add “bad words” to the end of the domain name so there is no “confusion” as if a consumer would believe this is a website built by Evergrande Realestate Group.
